Populace is dedicated to fostering thriving communities by focusing on four key pillars: emerging developer education, affordable housing development, capital strategy, and inclusive community engagement. Our ultimate goal is to create more affordable housing, empower communities, and support diverse developers in revitalizing the places they call home or are passionate about.

Populace works with developers, municipalities and governments to develop affordable housing and mission-driven development projects and engage in equitable and inclusive community engagement. We also help emerging developers gain a passion for, and understanding of, affordable housing and equitable community development.
