VISION: At Winchester Elementary School, every child will have hope and experience success.MISSON: Every day, Winchester Elementary will foster the whole child and develop independent, competent learners who are critical thinkers. BELIEFS: We are charged with developing and fostering the development of each student's personal and academic achievement. All stakeholders play a critical role in the academic, social and emotional development of our students. Our school must be a safe, warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for our students. We believe the community is important to the growth of our students. Therefore, we build solid relationships and bonds with its members. Every child has the right to a rich education that supports children where they are and helps them to grow to their maximum potential. Teachers in our building must love children and possess a servant spirit.

Our Vision, Mission, and Values VISION The vision of the School Pantry Program is to meet the needs of hungry students and their families by providing them with food and community assistance at school. MISSION 1. Reduce the number of children at risk for hunger by providing nutritious food at set times and locations through the school pantry. 2. Through collaborative efforts, identify students who are food insecure or at risk of food insecurity. 3. To prevent the educational and developmental effects of hunger by providing nutritious food for preparation and consumption at their place of residence.
