What We Do
2Unique Community Salvation Foundation (2Unique CSF) is a Memphis-based workforce development and community empowerment organization that provides career pathways, credentialed training, and wrap-around support services to unemployed, underemployed, and opportunity youth and adults.
We operate as a Workforce Hub that connects individuals to industry-recognized credentials, apprenticeships, employment opportunities, and supportive services that remove barriers to economic mobility.
Through our innovative Workforce Development Specialist Registered Apprenticeship Program, participants gain real-world skills, professional certifications, and hands-on experience in high-demand career tracks while receiving the support needed to complete training and transition into employment.
