Who We Are
Baptist Trinity Home Care and Hospice is an organization serving Shelby County and surrounding counties. The purpose of Baptist Trinity Home Care and Hospice is to provide a compassionate approach to care with the goal of helping people with serious illnesses live fully, maintain their dignity and keep personal control over their lives; while living in the privacy of their own homes. Hospice is available to any one with illness whose life expectancy is measured in months, rather than years.
What We Do
Hospice provides medical care, emotional and spiritual support to people and their families facing life-limiting illness in homes, hospitals and nursing homes. Our office hours are 8AM-4:30PM, Monday thru Friday. A licensed registered nurse is on call for emergencies on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week. You are encouraged to contact the office at 901-767-6767 to voice any/all concerns.
We are seeking volunteers to sit with our Hospice patients for 2-4 hours, randomly while our family caregivers run errands.
