The Activity Setup Team is responsible for preparing all volunteer-managed games and activity stations before guests arrive. This team plays a vital role in ensuring each activity is safely assembled, properly organized, and ready for participants as soon as the event begins. Their attention to detail helps create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up all volunteer-managed activity stations prior to the event openingAssemble and arrange games and equipment according to the event layout Ensure each activity area is clean, organized, and ready for guests Place signage, cones, tables, chairs, and other materials at designated stations if needed Perform a final walkthrough of each activity area to confirm everything is set up correctly and safely Communicate with the Event Coordinator or Team Lead regarding any missing equipment or setup concerns Assist with replenishing supplies throughout the day if needed Help with the breakdown and storage of activity equipment at the conclusion of the event

The Vendor Relations Team serves as the primary contact for all food trucks, vendors, and sponsors throughout the day. Their responsibility is to ensure vendors have what they need and that vendor areas remain organized.

Role Summary: The Guest Experience Team is the first impression of Recess Reloaded. This team welcomes guests, assists with event check-in, sells tickets to walk-up attendees, distributes wristbands, and answers general event questions. Their goal is to create a friendly, organized, and exciting arrival experience.
