August Riverfront Clean Team Volunteer Opportunity

This month’s Clean Team volunteer opportunity will be mulching flowerbeds along the riverfront on Saturday August 29^th from 9:00am-11:00am. 

These flowerbeds are very important to keeping the riverfront and our parks looking beautiful and we’ll be giving them some TLC. In keeping with the COVID guidelines of the city, we’re only accepting 15 people for this particular volunteer event but will change as the guidance changes. Just like last month, we want to give the Ambassadors the first chance to join before we open the list to the public. We’ll provide the equipment; all you have to do is show up!

The Clean Team will spend the last Saturday of every month, volunteering in our parks all over across the riverfront. Working alongside Memphis River Parks Partnership park rangers and staff members, the Clean Team will help with gardening, trash pickup and general park maintenance.
