In-School Based Student Mentor

The School-Based Student Mentor shall communicate with their assigned scholars during the approved designated times, be respectful of the scholar’s instructional time and opinion, serve as a positive role model by modeling desirable behaviors, exude confidence and be able to establish appropriate boundaries, be encouraging and supportive, and help scholars develop a milestone plan beyond education and their disadvantages.
