If yes, then become a Volunteer Ombudsman Representative- "ombudsman" is a fancy way of saying advocate.
Advocate for the rights of residents living in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, and residential care homes in Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, and Lauderdale counties.
Trained volunteers pay regular visits to these facilities, where they spend time with residents, monitor conditions, investigate complaints, and protect residents' rights!
