July is Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, also known as BIPOC Mental Health Month. In observance of this national awareness campaign, we are hosting our 2nd Annual Black Yoga & Mental Wellness Festival.
Cathartic 2023 is a family-friendly experience that provides a sacred space for Black & brown individuals to explore movement, mindfulness, art and community connection as healing-centered tools for nurturing mental health and wellbeing.
Our 2023 Festival theme is "Remembering & Reclaiming our Sacred Spaces.” We need YOU to help make this festival a space that heals, elevates & nurtures the Black community!
