Cathartic 2023 is a family-friendly experience that provides a sacred space for Black & brown individuals to explore movement, mindfulness, art and community connection as healing-centered tools for nurturing mental health and wellbeing.
Our 2023 Festival theme is "Remembering & Reclaiming our Sacred Spaces.” We need YOU to help make this festival a space that heals, elevates & nurtures the Black community!
When: Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where: Greenlaw and Uptown Community
Bridges USA - 477 North 5th Street
Black Seeds Urban Farms - 580 North 4th Street
Volunteers will provide a 15 to 30 minute mindfulness activity for attendees.
