Needs From: Volunteer Memphis

This role will be instrumental in increasing the social media presence of Lifedoc Health - gaining visibility within the community.  This person will be responsible for coordinating and executing the company's social media strategy, working across various social media platforms. 

Duties, responsibilities and skills of this position include:

1. Creating content and graphics for social media pages.

2. Coordination / distribution of content, including the collaboration and planning with Lifedoc Health staff.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication.

4. Familiarity with social media tools.

5. Proactive with target audience (patients, friends, family and community)

6. Initial office time will be required for clarification of the position, but will become virtual once guidelines, procedures and policies are outlined. 

This role will assist Lifedoc Health with visibility in the Memphis community - promoting who we are and what we do. The volunteer will be trained on the evolution of Lifedoc Health and become familiar with our "Clinical Healthcare Model."

Duties, responsibilities and skills include:

1. Referral calls from our database (from existing family and friends of Lifedoc Health).

2. Assist with events and follow-up with individuals prior to, during, and after event commences.

3. Work closely with the Social Media Manager to collaborate verbiage from the social media posts.

4. Pleasant, caring and compassionate tone of voice.

5. Willing to be patient and listen.

6. Encourage community and individual support (regardless whether they make a donation or not).

7. Initial office time will be required for clarification of the position, but will become virtual once guidelines, procedures and policies are outlined.
