Once you arrive, please let the guard gate know you are here to volunteer at Kids N Technology. Please do not park in the parking garage. Come into the lobby and contact the office at (901) 658-7681 and we will meet you in the lobby and bring you up to the office.

Are you passionate about empowering children through STEM education and want to use your administrative skills to make a real impact?

Kids N Technology, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing innovative technology programs and resources to young minds, is seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team in an administrative capacity.

In this role, you will:

Contribute to our mission by providing valuable administrative support. Utilize your skills in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), or Microsoft Office to create engaging materials and support daily operations. Assist with research tasks such as identifying potential partnership opportunities online. Communicate effectively via phone calls, emails, and other channels. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and adapting to new software as needed.

We are looking for an individual who:

Has a strong interest in clerical work and enjoys contributing to a positive and organized work environment. Possesses intermediate computer skills including internet research, email communication, and basic software usage. Demonstrates good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Is a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude. Is available to volunteer during regular business hours.
