Culture Shift 101 is more than a workshop, it’s a call to action. We’re inviting volunteers to help bring to life an evening of conversation, imagination, and cultural exploration designed to shift perspectives and spark transformation across Memphis. This experience centers our shared vision for a future where everyone in our city experiences safety, joy, love, and abundance. Volunteers will play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere rooted in Memphis culture—from supporting conversations and guiding guests to helping showcase live entertainment from a prominent local band and the rich cuisine that defines our city. We’re seeking volunteers to help support this dynamic, participatory experience, one that asks the timely questions: Why co-ops, and why now? Together, we’ll examine how community can serve as a powerful economic driver, drawing lessons from past generations and exploring how cooperative economics can thrive today.
