RoleCall TimePrimary ResponsibilitiesSetup Team8:30 AM – 10:30 AMPlacing signage, materials, and centerpieces.VIP Room Team9:30 AM – 11:00 AMPrepping the VIP suite and managing photo flow.Check-In Team9:30 AM – 12:30 PMManaging guest lists and distributing name badges.Greeters9:45 AM – 12:00 PMWelcoming guests and providing directions.Room Attendants10:00 AM – 1:30 PMAssisting with seating and monitoring VIP tables.Breakdown Team1:00 PM – 2:30 PMClearing materials, packing supplies, and room reset.Social Media 9:30 AM-12:30 PMCapturing pictures and videos for social media posts.Attire GuidelinesTo maintain a polished event environment, please adhere to the following dress codes based on your shift:Program Volunteers (Greeters, Check-In, Room, VIP):Business Casual: Black or dark blue slacks/skirts with professional tops (blouses, button-downs, or blazers).Footwear: Professional flats or low heels (no sneakers or slides).Logistics Volunteers (Setup & Breakdown):All Black: Comfortable athletic wear or joggers are permitted to allow for movement.Footwear: Clean sneakers or comfortable closed-toe shoes.Note: Jeans, sweatpants, and casual slides are not permitted for program-facing roles.Parking information and more details will be provided by email the week of the event.
