Who We Are

The Sheriff’s & Police Activities League of Memphis & Shelby County (Memphis Shelby PAL) is a non-profit youth mentoring organization devoted to preventing crime, building character and promoting success for children 5 to 18yo. We are an affiliate of the National Police Activities League (NPAL) working in partnership with Shelby County Schools, the City of MEmphis and the Shelby County Sheriff's Department.

Memphis Shelby PAL helps develop positive attitudes towards the law by bringing youth under the constructive influence of dedicated law enforcement officers who serve as coaches, referees and mentors. We offer year-round and seasonal sports for children ages 5 to 18 including:

Mission: The mission of the Sheriff's and Police Activities League of Memphis and Shelby County, TN is to prevent juvenile crime and violence through positive relationship building amongst kids, cops and communities that promotes excellence in both sportsmanship and mentoring.
