Memphis Vietnam Veterans 1113 INC

Our chapter was established in 2014 and is a nonprofit, charitable organization. The chapter is active in supporting veterans with adaptive sports needs, counseling, homeless assistance, and guidance for veterans and their families. Our team consists of counselors, social workers, physician assistants, and athletic training coaches.

Founded in 1978, Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) is the only national Vietnam veteran's organization congressionally chartered and exclusively dedicated to Vietnam-era veterans and their families. VVA's goals are to promote and support the full range of issues important to Vietnam veterans, to create a new identity for this generation of veterans, and to change public perception of Vietnam veterans. 

We host monthly meetings and social gatherings the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:00am at the All Veteran Golf Plex, 2146 Ball Road, Memphis, TN 38114. 

Memphis Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1113 Inc, manages the All Veterans Golf Plex, a 9 hole golf course located at 2146 Ball Road Memphis, Tennessee. Our VVA Chapter 1113 will plan, develop, manage, and implement programs to provide adaptive sports activities for disabled veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces; adaptive sports activities include: 1) instruction, participation, and competition in adaptive sports; 2) training and technical assistance to program administrators, coaches, recreation therapists, instructors, VA employees, and other appropriate individuals; 3) coordination, paralympic classification of athletes, athlete assessment, sport-specific training techniques, supplies, program evaluation, and other activities related to the implementation and operation of the program.
