What We Do
ABOUT THE S.O. WHAT! FOUNDATION
The S.O. What! Foundation was founded in January 2012 to further the efforts of its founder, Summer Owens, with her business, S.O. What! LLC to address the negative attitudes, lack of motivation, and hopelessness, and challenging life situations of youth in her community. We provide mentorship, summer camps, workshops, exposure trips as well as literacy, leadership, and life skills training and curriculum.
We provide leadership, literacy, life skills, and character education training for youth ages 13-23 with programs focused on:
· Academic Achievement
· Personal Development
· Challenge Management
