Down Syndrome Association of Memphis & the Mid-South

The Down Syndrome Association of the Memphis & the Mid-South (DSAM), the organization is now serving as a support group for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families and friends. The mission of the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis & the Mid-South is to support and empower people with Down syndrome and their families.

DSAM is looking for family and friends to support from birth into adulthood with programs such as reading, therapy groups, medical and Hispanic outreach, new parent classes and more. We love parent involvement with our programs and fundraisers. DSAM is also looking for Board Members to serve and support the families and individuals with Down Syndrome. We will have meetings every other month. We will have fundraisers several times a year that our Board assists in fundraising and organizing. We are here to support our Executive Director and Staff. We are looking for applicants over 21, with some business experience, IT, Hispanic/Bilingual, fundraising, education, health or marketing, etc. Please contact or director at director@dsamemphis.org for more information and an application.
