We operate as a trusted workforce intermediary and Registered Apprenticeship sponsor, collaborating with employers, educational institutions, government agencies, and community partners to deliver high-quality career pathways and supportive services. Through initiatives such as the 2Unique Closet Boutique, workforce training programs, and large-scale community engagement events, we create safe spaces for learning, healing, and economic growth while building sustainable systems that support long-term success for the communities we serve.

2Unique Community Salvation Foundation is a workforce development and community empowerment organization dedicated to creating pathways to economic mobility for individuals and families across Memphis and the Mid-South. We design and operate pre-apprenticeship, registered apprenticeship, and credential training programs that prepare participants for sustainable careers across multiple industries. Our programs integrate career coaching, hands-on training, employer partnerships, and industry-recognized credentials in fields including workforce development, business operations, culinary arts, animal care, healthcare, digital skills, and creative industries. Participants receive wrap-around supportive services such as transportation assistance, professional attire through the 2Unique Closet Boutique, food access support, and barrier removal services to ensure long-term success. Through strategic partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations, we strengthen local talent pipelines, reduce employment barriers, and promote safer, healthier communities by expanding access to opportunity.
