April is a month of several awareness days/weeks/months, such as Counseling Awareness Month and National Minority Health Month. We want to highlight the importance of caring for oneself to prevent burnout and fatigue. Dr. Martin will be a great speaker demonstrating the importance of counseling and mitigating the stigma connected to counseling partiality within communities of color.
