Typically, performances are scheduled on Thursdays through Saturdays from 7:00 to 10:30 PM and Sundays from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Volunteers can opt to serve multiple times during one show or choose different shows to usher. Upon volunteering, ushers receive a brief orientation to ensure they feel prepared for their duties. Additionally, they have the opportunity to watch the show for free whenever there are available seats in the house.
