On April 13th, the Withers Collection Museum and Gallery will be hosting Mr. Jaylen Smith, 19 year old mayor of Earle, AR. Come out and join us as we learn about his journey, his intentions as mayor, and what he recommends for others, especially youth, wanting to make change in their communities!
