Faith, Service, and Community: Pastor Orr and Brown Baptist Missionary Church

Join us on Oct. 10th, 2023 within Spain Auditorium (Buckman Hall) here on the CBU Campus for our first installation of the "Faith, Service, and Community" Series, hosted by the CBU Center for Community Engagement. 

The event will take place between 4:30 -6 PM, and our first guest speaker is CBU Alumni and Sr. Pastor of Brown Missionary Baptist Church, Dr. Bartholomew Orr!

Pastor Orr is committed to serving the Mid-South and beyond through community revitalization, wholistic ministry, and spiritual transformation. He currently serves on the boards of Mission Increase, an organization designed to equip Memphis' nonprofits to take their needed services to the next level and Mid-South Genesis Community Development Corporation, an organization committed to improving the community of Memphis through building stronger families and economic development.
