Mark your calendars for the Unite Memphis 5K and 1-mile walk/run on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st (aka 901 Day)
The event kicks off at 9:30 a.m. at the National Civil Rights Museum. The Unite Memphis race is a community-focused event designed to showcase that the dream of unity is alive in Memphis. It is a gathering of people from all walks of life sharing goodwill and love for their fellow neighbors.
To maximize our opportunity to positively impact the city of Memphis at this year's race, we would love to intentionally place people like you along the race route and at the finish line who can cheer on and encourage our race participants. Your energy and excitement will not only empower our runners to finish strong, but it will also create a powerful culture that invites those watching from the sidelines to take notice of the good happening in our city. Nothing says unity more than people with a heart to bring healing, honor, and hope to Memphis, cheering on others running for the same reason.
Let's help Memphis become the best version of itself! Your presence matters.
And stick around after the race! Following the awards ceremony, there will be food and fun for the family!
