This festive evening is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new members of the Leadership Memphis family, and celebrate our collective work to advance leadership, equity, and positive change throughout the Mid-South. As a volunteer, you will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that facilitates meaningful engagement among peers who share your commitment to service and community leadership.
Volunteer Roles Needed
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to fill the following roles:
| Volunteer Role | Number Needed | Duties |
| Warm Item Collectors | 4 | Stationed at the entrance to warmly receive and organize donated warm items from guests. |
| Guest Check-In | 3 | Manage the check-in process, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth entrance experience. |
| Floaters/Support | 2 | Provide assistance wherever needed throughout the evening to keep the event flowing seamlessly. |
| Event Breakdown | 4 | Assist with post-event tidying, organization, and breakdown activities |
