The Judge/Interviewer serves as a key evaluator for the College & Arts Program, assessing participants who showcase a three‑minute talent performance. Judges provide fair, consistent scoring and conduct brief interviews to help determine each participant’s overall readiness, creativity, and presentation skills. This role requires professionalism, observational skills, and the ability to offer objective evaluations across a variety of artistic disciplines.
