Join Leadership Memphis for an insightful and timely Multicultural Breakfast as we explore the intersection of cutting-edge technology and community well-being. This year, we are diving deep into how artificial intelligence can be harnessed to dismantle systemic barriers and create a more equitable healthcare landscape for all Memphians.
We are looking for 20 dedicated volunteers to help us facilitate this important conversation and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Primary Shift Starts: 7:30 a.m.

Volunteer Roles Needed
We have various roles suited to different strengths. Please see the breakdown below:

| Setup Team | 3 | Arrive at 7:30 a.m. to help arrange signage, materials, and final touches. | |
| Outdoor Greeters | 3 | The "First Face" of the event—welcome guests and direct them to the entrance. | |
| Indoor Greeters | 4 | Welcome guests as they enter the building and assist with check-in flow. | |
| Seating Leads | 4 | Help guests find their tables and ensure the room fills efficiently. | |
| Buffet Flow | 2 | Assist in directing the breakfast line to keep the morning moving on schedule. | |
| Floaters | 2 | Our "all-stars" ready to jump in wherever a hand is needed most. | |
| Breakdown Team | 3 | Help pack up materials and clear the space following the event. | |
| Check In | 3 | Support Checking in Guests as they arrive and providing table numbers. |
