Join Us in Making a Difference at the C.O.P.E. Black-Tie Gala Fundraiser
C.O.P.E. Community Outreach Partnership Engagement is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven volunteers to assist with our upcoming Black-Tie Gala Fundraiser at No. 2 Vance. This elegant evening will support our community outreach initiatives and help us continue creating meaningful impact throughout the Memphis community.

Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Volunteer Arrival Time: 3:30 PM ( 4.5 hours)
Location: No. 2 Vance Wagner Place, Memphis, TN
We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers aged 21 and older to assist in the following roles:
Guest Check-In Team (3 Volunteers) Volunteers will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with registration and seating assignments, and help create a professional and inviting experience.
One volunteer will rotate between check-in and escorting guests to their seats throughout the evening.
Hospitality & Serving Team (3 Volunteers) Volunteers will assist with managing food line traffic, clearing tables, serving desserts, and serving wine or other beverages. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with others in a fast-paced and elegant event environment.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must wear a black dress shirt, a black tie, black dress pants, and Black comfortable dress shoes (No Tennis Shoes)
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude required
- Willingness to serve and support the mission of C.O.P.E. College students are strongly encouraged to apply.
