Create a fun, safe, and engaging space where children can learn, play, and thrive while their parents participate in World Relief programs.
Many of the families we serve attend classes and workshops that help them build a stronger future. As a Kids Activity Leader, you'll make it possible for parents to fully participate by providing a caring, engaging environment where their children can learn, play, and have fun.
No teaching experience is required—we'll provide the lesson plans and activities.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, age-appropriate activities using staff-provided lesson plans.
- Play games, read stories, create crafts, and encourage participation.
- Build positive relationships with children through encouragement and interaction.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment.
- Work alongside other volunteers and World Relief staff.

You're a Great Fit If You Are
- Enjoy spending time with young children.
- Patient, energetic, and encouraging.
- Comfortable leading simple games and activities.
- Passionate about helping children feel welcome and included.
Experience working with children is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment
- Weekly volunteer opportunity during scheduled family programs.
- Approximately 2–3 hours per session.
