The Activity Setup Team is responsible for preparing all volunteer-managed games and activity stations before guests arrive. This team plays a vital role in ensuring each activity is safely assembled, properly organized, and ready for participants as soon as the event begins. Their attention to detail helps create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up all volunteer-managed activity stations prior to the event opening
- Assemble and arrange games and equipment according to the event layout
- Ensure each activity area is clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Place signage, cones, tables, chairs, and other materials at designated stations if needed
- Perform a final walkthrough of each activity area to confirm everything is set up correctly and safely
- Communicate with the Event Coordinator or Team Lead regarding any missing equipment or setup concerns
- Assist with replenishing supplies throughout the day if needed
