We would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate the 15th annual Economic Development Forum (EDF), August 23-25 at the Renasant Convention Center in downtown Memphis, TN. Back live and in person, the conference will feature representatives from all levels of government, corporations, minority and woman–owned businesses, and other stakeholders across the community and state of Tennessee. The theme this year, Engaging Strategies for Growth: Creating a Sustainable Future, is focused on ensuring that your business is prepared to provide goods and services that align and support corporate ESG and DEI programs.
Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, 08/24/2022 & Wednesday, 8/25/2022. Both days will consist of the following shifts below:
August 24, 2022 start time @ 7:30AM Until 12 noon. Next shift is from 1:00PM Until 4:00PM
August 25, 2022 start time @ 7:30AM Until 12 noon. Next shift is from 1:00PM Until 4:00PM
Volunteers will be assisting with the following below:
- Stationed at the elevators ( Up & Downstairs)
- Stationed at Ballroom A & B assisting with Stanchion setup
- Scanning to gain access
- Check- In process - Registration
- Assisting with Jobs,Jobs,Jobs
- Assisting with Marketplace
- Assisting Silent Workshop ( Sanitize Equipment with Wipes)
