Greetings Everyone,
The CBU 24th Presidential Inauguration will be taking place the weekend of Nov. 19th, and to celebrate the spirit of community and service that defines our university, we'll be hosting a day to serve and celebrate each other! Join us on Nov. 17th from 1 - 4 PM during "Me and You for CBU" to help in clean-up efforts around the school, as well as in writing notes of appreciation to our staff who help keep us operational everyday!
To register, please pick a group in which you would like to volunteer within below. Once you've made a selection, you will be contacted closer to the day of the event with final details and instructions. If you are volunteering with a group that will utilize PPE, you will need to wear it until your respective group leader instructs you that it is safe to remove such. Supplies like gloves, bags, and masks will be made available the day of the service event.
- 100 Slots (General Clean-Up and Appreciation Cards)
- 10 Slots (Battersby Clean Out - Should be able to lift 30 lbs.)
- 12 Slots (Community Garden Clean-Up)
- 6 Slots ( Barry Attic Clean Out - Should be able to lift 40 lbs.)
If you currently utilize a "cbu.edu" email address, please feel free to register with such, should you be asked to create a profile before RSVP. If you do not utilize a "cbu.edu" email, please feel free to create your profile and register with your personal email.
