Here are some FAQs so that you feel prepared and excited about joining us!
Q: What do I wear?
A: Please dress smart-casual for performances, in a white top and black bottoms, and wear comfortable, close-toed shoes. You will be provided with a volunteer badge and lanyard upon arrival.
Q: Who do I go to once I arrive?
A: Our Front of House Manager, will be your touchstone the night of the performance. They will go over the details of whichever position you are assigned, whether ushering patrons to their seats, checking tickets, handing out playbills, concessions, etc.
Q: Am I invited to stay for the performance?
A: We always invite our volunteers to stay for the performance as long as seats are available! In some cases, we have had sold-out nights in which case we offer for you to come to another night and enjoy the show!
Q: Do I have to stay once the show starts?
A: If you would prefer not to stay for the show that is fine! We ask that you let us know ahead of time, and stay with us until all patrons are seated and the show has begun.
