Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is hosting the 2nd Annual Healthier 901 Fest on August 31st from 10 AM to 2 PM at Shelby Farms Park. Expect the same free, family-friendly activities as last year like cooking demos by celebrity chefs, surprise giveaways, live music and healthy food trucks. But this year, we’re adding more ways to stay healthy, including a new Find Your Fit Zone to kickstart your fitness journey, an enhanced Family Zone with low-impact activity options, plenty of seating and shade.
