Buwtye’s Bazaar Musical is a two-day eclectic performance art, education and community music festival which will take place on August 21st at Levitt Shell and August 21 at #2 Vance, A Room with a View in Memphis, TN . In its inaugural year the musical weekend’s theme is “im·pre·sa·ri·o”. For many people of color in music and other entertainment, being an entrepreneur is a radical choice. Many artists want to center their personal growth, economic abundance, and artistic well-being, but are unable to because of a myriad of barriers. The opportunity to perform in showcases and be featured in interviews materializes in many ways currently. Buwtye’s Bazaar Musical aims to provide indie artists access to an elaborate performance venue, quality educational classes and resources, media resources, and a regional culturally diverse audience. The goal of the Bazaar Musical is to bring awareness, education, and access to music industry experts and practices.
As part of this amazing event Saturday August 20, 2022 community members and artists are able to come out to a day of fun and entertainment in the park and spend the day hearing the vocal gifts of Sony Recording artist and host of this Bazaar Musical, “Buwtye” and MORE.
